About The Position

Surge is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Quality Control Inspectors for a manufacturing team in Ellabell, Georgia. This hands-on, entry-level-friendly role involves visually inspecting, checking, sorting, and verifying parts to ensure they meet established quality standards. Inspectors primarily stand at their workstations and identify products with defects or that do not meet specifications. The position is temp-to-hire, with first- and second-shift schedules available.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Visually inspect parts and components for defects, damage, or inconsistencies.
Check manufactured parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Sort and separate acceptable parts from defective or non-conforming products.
Identify and report quality issues to supervisors or team leads.
Perform basic quality checks and testing as required.
Maintain accurate counts and assist with inventory tracking as needed.
Ensure inspected parts are properly organized and handled.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
Stand for extended periods while performing repetitive inspection tasks.
Follow established safety and quality procedures.
