The Quality Control Inspector will monitor and verify Critical Control Points (CCPs) to ensure they meet requirements and that any corrective actions are properly performed and recorded. This role involves conducting and supporting internal audits to ensure good manufacturing practices (GMPs) are followed, and verifying product labeling and changeovers for accuracy. The inspector will also acquire samples using aseptic technique, label and collect routine pre-harvest and post-harvest product samples, and perform sampling of the production environment. Additionally, the role includes entering sample orders into the laboratory portal, ensuring samples are given to delivery drivers with proper chain of custody, and performing data entry for validation studies or special projects. Monitoring inventory of PPE and food safety supplies, providing training when required, and performing other quality-related tasks are also key responsibilities.
