This role is responsible for monitoring and verifying Critical Control Points (CCPs) to ensure they meet requirements and that corrective actions are properly performed and recorded. The inspector will also conduct and support internal audits to ensure good manufacturing practices (GMPs) are followed, and verify product labeling and changeovers for accuracy. Key duties include acquiring samples using aseptic techniques, labeling and collecting routine product samples, performing environmental sampling, entering sample orders into a laboratory portal, ensuring proper chain of custody for samples, and performing data entry for validation studies or special projects. The role also involves monitoring inventory of PPE and food safety supplies, providing training, and undertaking other quality-related tasks as assigned.
