About The Position

The Quality Control Inspector conducts inspections of purchased materials and equipment, as well as products manufactured and assembled by the company, using drawings, standards, and inspection guides to ensure required quality standards are met. The role identifies inspected items, performs leak tests when necessary to detect process-related imperfections, documents inspection nonconformities, and sends them to responsible parties for necessary action. The inspector also enters inspection information into the SAP system.

Requirements

• Completed high school.
• Initiative, systemic vision, ability to plan and organize, good interpersonal relationship, and focus on results.
• Availability to work on a shift regime.

Nice To Haves

• Technical qualification, preferably in mechanics.
• Metrology and calibration qualification for the person responsible for calibration in the company.

Responsibilities

• Inspect purchased materials and equipment and products manufactured and assembled by the company, following drawings, standards, and inspection guides.
• Identify inspected items.
• Perform leak tests when necessary to detect possible imperfections caused by the process.
• Issue statements of nonconformities found during inspections and send them to responsible parties for necessary measures.
• Post information in the SAP system.
