About The Position
The Quality Control associate is responsible for overseeing the Quality of all Finished Cap Embroidery for all shifts. This is done through effective monitoring of all the finished caps.
Requirements
- Ability to inspect flat & 3D embroidery orders, checking for any mistakes that do not match the customer’s paperwork (Styles, colors, quantities, design, design colors, and any specific notes).
- Ability to work closely with embroidery machine operators and supervisors to identify any issues.
- Ability to use a heat gun to shrink foam.
- Ability to pick or pull out any additional foam pieces within the design.
- Ability to carefully trim loose threads.
- Ability to use a marker/pen to fix any minor mistakes.
- Ability to ensure all garments are clean and neat before packaging.
- Ability to count, sort, and package finished garments and complete orders for shipping.
- Ability to discard or reject garments.
