Requirements

High School degree or G.E.D. and one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Inspect each home when notified it is "Ready and Complete" by Final Finish Supervisor.
Utilize check sheet and inspect each room and exterior for obvious cosmetic defects.
Ensure that the unit meets cleanliness standards for shipping.
Follow-up on repairs, verifying that a quality repair has been made and that no other damage occurs during the repair process and/or any additional clean-up is necessary.
Verify all ship loose material is loaded per ship loose check sheet.
Coordinates with engineering, sales and manufacturing personnel to effectively resolve problems related to product design, materials, specifications and/or manufacturing operations.
Ensures all quality control policies, procedures, directives and systems are in compliance with company and/or applicable federal regulations.
Continually strives to increase the level of quality assurance within the facility.
Ensures all safety policies and procedures are followed in accordance with guidelines established by the Company in accordance with OSHA regulations.
