About The Position

This role is crucial for ensuring quality control in production, working hand-in-hand with manufacturing to maintain compliance and diligence. The ideal candidate has a passion for teaching and relevant experience to excel as a Quality Inspector.

Requirements

High School degree or G.E.D.
3 years Manufacturing related experience and/or training
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including occasional lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

Manufactured Housing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Inspect parts, products, and/or processes to ensure conformance with standards.
Inspect materials or products using fixed or variable measuring instruments.
Check for irregularities and defects.
Compare product with parts list to ensure completion of assembly.
Verify specified dimensions on product or material.
Coordinate with engineering, sales, and manufacturing personnel to effectively resolve problems related to product design, materials, specifications, and/or manufacturing operations.
Ensure all quality control policies, procedures, directives, and systems are in compliance with company and/or applicable federal regulations.
Continuously strive to increase the level of quality assurance within the facility.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed in accordance with guidelines established by the Company in accordance with OSHA regulations.
