Requirements
- "Hands-on" attitude; hard-working, can work in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented and accurate; ability to learn new platforms
- Knowledge of Google Suite, Zendesk, and Shopify is a plus
- Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs based on the needs of the role
- Must operate with a sense of urgency, and have attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in Quality Control
- Previous experience in fulfillment/shipment is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in eCommerce is ideal and retail experience is useful
Responsibilities
- Perform and assist the operations department with quality control tasks of fulfillments, order picking, packing, and the distribution of products.
- Inspect products and quality control of orders to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Control the quality of the inventory, and categorize inventory in the database.
- Basic data entry and computer skills Using in-house software, providing precise, accurate information for records.
- Meeting immediate goals, deadlines, standards, and expectations
- Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership
