The Quality Control Coordinator role is integral to the operations department, focusing on quality control tasks related to fulfillments, order picking, packing, and product distribution.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Quality Control.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Google Suite, Zendesk, and Shopify.
• Previous experience in fulfillment/shipment.
• Previous experience in eCommerce.
• Retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist the operations department with quality control tasks of fulfillments, order picking, packing, and the distribution of products.
• Inspect products and quality control of orders to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Control the quality of the inventory, and categorize inventory in the database.
• Perform basic data entry and utilize computer skills.
• Use in-house software to provide precise, accurate information for records.
• Meet immediate goals, deadlines, standards, and expectations.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership.
