About The Position

Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a Quality Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. This role provides hands-on experience supporting quality initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, product, and customer-facing teams. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will develop technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills while contributing to quality and continuous improvement efforts within our Advanced Purity Solutions business.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in quality systems, manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and customer-focused problem solving.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Must be a currently enrolled student
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June
• Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program

Nice To Haves

• Experience with statistical analysis, quality tools, or data visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support quality engineering activities in collaboration with factory, product, supply chain, and quality teams.
• Assist with data analysis, problem-solving investigations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Support change management, product support, and quality documentation activities.
• Help prepare reports, track key metrics, and maintain quality records.
• Participate in customer and internal audit activities as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support business and customer objectives.
• Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and a commitment to learning while exemplifying Entegris PACE values.
