About The Position

This position supports the execution of the quality system with a focus on dimensional concession activities and the review, maintenance, and implementation of customer specifications.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals across multiple disciplines.
• 3–5 years of experience in a quality assurance technician role, including: Inspection using measurement instruments, Understanding and interpreting drawings and specifications, Experience with GD&T and interpreting CMM results, Ability to read, interpret, and summarize customer specifications and requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to manage controlled records and work within formal procedures and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the tracking system for dimensional concessions.
• Create dimensional concession records.
• Review and process dimensional concessions in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with shop personnel to perform 5 Whys and Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCAs).
• Manage the NCR system for dimensional-related issues.
• Support the full customer specification lifecycle, including revision surveillance, acquisition, documentation, and incorporation.
• Prepare and maintain specification review documentation and records.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure specification updates move through the review and incorporation process.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
