Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge in quality control processes and inspection techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical specifications and quality standards
  • Sharp attention to detail and excellent analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record in manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting

Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive quality control operations at various manufacturing stages following established protocols and quality management instructions
  • Perform detailed product inspections and measurements to ensure compliance with corporate and customer standards
  • Analyze quality data and identify potential production issues before they impact final products
  • Implement contingency plans and suggest process improvements based on quality findings
  • Document and report inspection results while maintaining accurate quality control records
