About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Auditor to join our team who can evaluate the processes systems and products to ensure they meet established standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in quality assurance.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
Experience with ISO 9001 and/or 13485 preferred, strong written and verbal communications skills, along with excellent comprehension, in English required.
Strong ability to handle technical discussions and comply with complex written and verbal directions.
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (PPE required), lift to 30 lbs, and stand/bend for up to 8 hours per day.
Visual acuity is required to read instructions, operate machinery, and inspect produced parts.
Required to be onsite, based on primary location, per established schedule.
Authorized to work in the U.S.; G&F Precision Molding will not offer or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.

Responsibilities

Work with production to monitor and correct deviations from quality standards.
Align quality objectives with organizational goals and customer expectations.
Drive and execute management goals for on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, labor costs, and material cost reduction.
Work with production to keep the ERP system data accurate which provides monthly forecasting for open sales.
Work as a team and gather information on a daily basis to ensure the company runs without issues.
Identifying potential quality issues and ensuring that product is built to be efficient and manufacturable.
Inspecting products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
