About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models. Job Summary The Quality Audit Administrator is responsible for administrative reviews of assigned programs’ clinical records, tracking and trending of audit results and applicable data, working with programs to create and monitor the performance improvement process and preparing for and facilitating external audits. Additional medical record reports, monitoring and tracking/trending of data required. These reviews may be used for: 1) supporting the organization’s performance improvement process by providing timely and accurate analysis of CBI healthcare data as well as other internal and external data sources; 2) identifying performance trends; and 3) prioritizing and recommending improvements through data-driven analysis. The Quality Audit Administrator plays a role in ensuring compliance with all State and Federal contractual requirements and accreditation standards regarding quality and performance improvement. Responsible for employing practices and performance that are complaint with the confidentiality regulations set forth by the Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Administrative Code, Arizona Department of Health Services/ Provider Manual, Arizona Office of Behavioral Health Licensure, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, and Community Bridges Policies and Procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (e.g., BS in Healthcare Administration/Management/Clinical, or similar field) required.
  • Must demonstrate significant knowledge of Microsoft systems such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access and EMR applications (NextGen and HMIS preferred)
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
  • Current AZ Driver’s License or equivalent of state of residence.
  • Clean 39-month MVR

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in health care and/or behavioral health preferred.
