This position will provide support with the implementation of the work unit's operational activities, which may include regulatory, licensure and accreditation, inspections, auditing, sample management, and quality and operational metrics. May support quality management activities such as event management, document and records management, and education and training programs. Participates in and supports work unit, divisional, and departmental continuous improvement activities. Provides customer service activities for clients external to Mayo Clinic. This position is a limited-tenure role intended to support the formation, launch, and stabilization of a new company and laboratory. As the organization matures, the role is expected to transition to a permanent infrastructure position within a separate company operating independently from Mayo Clinic Laboratories.
