About The Position

This is a full-time, year-round position in Quality Assurance at the Old Station/Euclid Plant. The role involves assisting the QA supervisor in daily operations, monitoring production lines to ensure grade specifications are met, and providing feedback on product quality. The position requires ensuring adherence to SQF, cleanliness, and safety standards, as well as meeting individual customer standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training new employees and providing feedback to line supervisors regarding fruit quality.

Requirements

• Must have knowledge of WA state grade standards.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Must have great verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have good leadership abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to supervise/train employees.
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
• Must be flexible with working schedule.

Nice To Haves

• Oracle, Discover knowledge is a plus.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA supervisor in daily operations.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of product specifications and grade levels.
• Monitor Production Lines to ensure grade specifications are met.
• Give accurate and timely feedback on product conditions.
• Monitor product quality individually and through QC staff.
• Ensure SQF, cleanliness and safety standards are maintained continuously.
• Evaluate and ensure individual customer standards are met.
• Provide excellent customer services.
• Train new employees.
• Provide feedback to line supervisor concerning fruit quality and standards.
• Additional duties may be assigned based on department needs.
