Quality Assurance & Testing Consultant
About The Position
The position is responsible for driving PAYMENT TEST AUTOMATION. This role involves designing test plans and testing strategies, conducting audits and testing to identify defects, collaborating with engineering and development teams, documenting and communicating test results, supporting the delivery of reliable and scalable technology solutions, participating in the review and enhancement of quality assurance processes, utilizing specialized knowledge of testing tools, techniques, and best practices, providing guidance and mentorship to lower-level technical contributors, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality assurance function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience in quality assurance, software testing, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing roles.
- Proficiency with testing methodologies, tools, and defect tracking systems.

Responsibilities
- Independently designs test plans and testing strategies to validate system functionality and compliance with technical specifications
- Conducts audits and testing to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborates closely with engineering and development teams to recommend and implement quality improvements.
- Documents and communicates test results clearly to stakeholders and tracks issues through to resolution.
- Supports the delivery of reliable and scalable technology solutions by enforcing quality objectives aligned with organizational goals
- Participates in the review and enhancement of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Utilizes specialized knowledge of testing tools, techniques, and best practices to improve testing effectiveness.
- Provides guidance and mentorship to lower-level technical contributors in testing activities.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational quality standards.
- Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality assurance function.
