About The Position

Join our team as Quality Assurance Tech at our bustling milk plant! As the guardian of quality, you'll ensure that every drop of milk meets our rigorous standards for freshness, purity, and taste. From conducting inspections and tests to documenting findings, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence around the clock. This is a 3rd shift/ Overnight position. Shift Hours: 8pm - 4:30 am Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar role in food production is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Flexibility to work the specified shift and occasionally on weekends if required.

Nice To Haves

• Additional relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials and finished milk products.
• Perform regular inspections of production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and document equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Collaborate with production teams to address any quality-related issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits as needed.
• Record and analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics.
• Help in the development and execution of quality improvement initiatives.
