The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for monitoring and programming critical control points (CCP), product food safety, and quality throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves performing sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment and other required areas, as well as ensuring correct recipe guidelines are met during processing. The technician will work closely with production staff to maintain and educate on sanitation, hygiene, GMPs, and other food safety guidelines. Additionally, the role includes collecting product samples, performing inspections on products, equipment, and machinery, and other duties as assigned by QA Management.
