Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong knowledge of quality control principles and inspection methods
Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Sharp attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

Nice To Haves

technical training in quality control
Familiarity with ISO standards or Six Sigma

Responsibilities

Perform inspections, measurements, and testing on materials and finished goods across all stages of production
Identify defects, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Document findings, generate reports, and communicate insights that drive better outcomes
Monitor workflows, partner with production teams, and implement corrective and preventative solutions
Lead root cause analysis and recommend changes that reduce defects and increase efficiency
Keep us aligned with industry standards, internal procedures, and best practices
Support and guide team members on quality standards and inspection techniques
Work closely with engineering, production, and leadership to solve problems and improve performance
Ensure inspection equipment is calibrated, functional, and ready for action
