About The Position

JX Advanced Metals USA is seeking a Quality Assurance Systems Administrator to support the maintenance and continuous improvement of its Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS) in a manufacturing environment. The role coordinates IATF 16949 and ISO management systems, audits, document control, corrective actions, Management Review, training, and compliance activities.

The position partners with Quality, Engineering, Operations, EHS, and other departments to maintain compliance and audit readiness, including support for environmental and safety management-system documentation and audits.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of quality systems, QMS, manufacturing compliance, or auditing experience.
• Experience with internal audits, document control, corrective action/CAPA, root cause analysis, Management Review, and KPIs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of a bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001; experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is preferred.
• Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor training/certification is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the QMS/IMS to support IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Coordinate internal, customer, registrar, and certification audits.
• Administer document control, including procedures, work instructions, forms, revisions, approvals, and records.
• Track audit findings, nonconformances, corrective actions, and CAPA through closure.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate Management Review, including KPIs, audit results, action items, and follow-up.
• Coordinate training related to QMS/IMS procedures and controlled documents.
• Support Management of Change (MOC) and related documentation.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Operations, EHS, and other departments to maintain compliance and audit readiness.
• Support environmental and safety management-system documentation and audits.
