We are seeking a Remote Quality Assurance Survey Specialist to help ensure the highest level of service for individuals utilizing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services nationwide. In this role, you will conduct outbound quality assurance surveys, document customer feedback, and help improve the transportation experience for members, clients, and healthcare partners. Your work will directly support service quality, accountability, and continuous improvement efforts within the NEMT industry. NEMT quality programs commonly focus on safety, reliability, communication, and service improvement initiatives.
