About The Position

The Quality Assurance Admin Support Professional is responsible for assuring that the support services provided by Shangri-La are person-centered, effective, documented following Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) contractual obligations, and are in line with Shangri-La's policies, practices, and procedures. Reliable and regular attendance is imperative.

Requirements

  • Must be able to be approved by the background criminal history unit.
  • Training required for the position must be completed within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Assuring that support services are person-centered.
  • Ensuring support services are effective.
  • Documenting support services following Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) contractual obligations.
  • Ensuring support services are in line with Shangri-La's policies, practices, and procedures.
