Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate completion and submission of annuity applications, transfers, and state-required forms.
• Verify transfers, exchanges, rollovers, and related paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
• Accurately apply funds, record transaction details, tax years, and cost basis information.
• Address action items resulting from phone calls, escalations, or rejected paperwork.
• Contact financial professionals, company representatives, and other parties to obtain outstanding requirements while maintaining a favorable company image.
• Assist financial professionals, contract owners, and internal partners with complex questions regarding annuity contract provisions, status, and transaction details.
• Take on various tasks or projects that utilize your knowledge and expertise.
