About The Position

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for the collection, organization, query design, and customized report development of programmatic and financial data for multiple contracts within the region. This role serves as the regional liaison for data reporting and works closely with all levels of management, Eckerd corporate offices, and local area funding staff. The position involves data entry for multiple information systems, compiling regional programmatic and financial data for various reports, and automating or increasing the efficiency of existing reports. The specialist will work with client data to create best practices and procedures, including continuous Quality Improvement of data collection methods and analysis for efficiency and process streamlining. They will also assist Managers by running programmatic reports to ensure accuracy and support the management team in timely data delivery. Additionally, this role provides administrative support to the Region Manager for meetings and statistical research.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two + years of hands-on experience with state reporting or other online database tracking system.
  • Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, database development, queries, and data analysis for reporting and Quality improvement purposes.
  • Must have an appropriate and valid state driver’s license and be able to meet requirements for Eckerd’s Auto Insurance and be able to drive for business purposes.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, from an accredited four‑year college or university with major coursework in data management, social work or a related field and one year of full‑time experience in social service financial eligibility determination, auditing or investigating work.

Responsibilities

  • Collection, organization, query design and customized report development of programmatic and financial data for multiple contracts within the region.
  • Serves as regional liaison for data reporting and work closely with all levels of management, Eckerd corporate offices, and local area funding staff.
  • Provides data entry for multiple information systems.
  • Compile regional programmatic and financial data for monthly, quarterly, and periodic ad-hoc reports.
  • Automate or increase efficiency of existing reports.
  • Works with client data and create best practices and procedures including continuous Quality Improvement of data collection methods and analysis for efficiency and process streamlining purposes.
  • Assist Managers throughout the region by running programmatic reports related to day-to-day operations to ensure internal database and external state reporting system is accurate and up to date.
  • Support the management team and other internal customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data.
  • Provide administrative support to the Region Manager to prepare for monthly meetings, statistical research for upcoming bid opportunities and data necessary to evaluate program operations.
