About The Position

National Carwash Solutions (NCS) is North America's largest equipment, service, and cleaning solutions provider in the car wash industry, with over 50 years of growth. Our NCS Chemistry facility in De Pere, Wisconsin, develops and manufactures cleaning and care chemicals for car washes across North America. We combine chemical expertise with innovation to create superior wash experience products. This role is based on-site in De Pere, Wisconsin. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Science-related field
• Maintain a satisfactory attendance record
• Comply with company rules, policies, and decisions
• Perform the responsibilities of the position at a satisfactory level of efficiency
• Required to regularly use a Personal Computer (P.C.)
• Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and finished product testing to ensure product quality.
• Maintain and use laboratory equipment (viscometers, pH meters, titrations, refractometers, balances) to test materials and finished goods against quality standards.
• Audit the work of production employees to ensure adherence to mixing specifications.
• Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet company requirements.
• Assist manufacturing personnel with quality problems, potentially collaborating with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Customer Service, or other departments.
• Inspect all finished products prior to shipment to ensure compliance with company specifications and procedures.
• Maintain records related to all aspects of quality operations.
• Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies.
