You thrive in fast-paced environments, proactively identifying gaps, solving problems, and supporting continuous improvement. A strong communicator and collaborator, you effectively bridge site-level execution with leadership priorities to ensure programs are aligned, compliant, and set up for success. The Integration Quality Assurance Specialist supports the successful launch and early implementation of expanded learning programs by ensuring quality, consistency, and readiness across all new sites. Working in close partnership with the Integration Manager and Associate Director, this role focuses on monitoring program execution, identifying gaps, and providing actionable feedback to strengthen program delivery during the launch phase. This role serves as a key office-to-field-based partner, ensuring that programs are aligned with organizational standards, compliant with requirements, and set up for long-term success prior to transition to Program Management teams.
