About The Position

Primoris Services Corporation is a leading provider of critical infrastructure services to the utility, energy, and renewables markets throughout the United States and Canada. Q3 Contracting (Q3C), a division of Primoris Services Corporation, is a publicly owned and operated construction contracting company that provides both specific and turnkey services for its customers in the gas, oil, electric and telecommunications industry. We are headquartered in Minnesota, with branch offices in Colorado, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. We are actively hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist focusing on electric over head and underground quality control. This position will be based out of our office in Commerce City, Colorado. The anticipated start date for this position is July 31, 2026.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in business or related preferred or High School Diploma with five years previous utility construction experience required.
  • Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) for input and output of data.
  • Knowledge of computers and Windows based software, or the ability and willingness to learn
  • Ability to identify and suggestion resolution of problems in a timely manner
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and resolve all issues satisfactorily.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Treat people with respect and uphold the organizational values.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in underground installation, hard and soft surface restoration and traffic control a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performing field audit functions for all divisions and all products in assigned territory
  • Assists in training functions as directed by Corporate.
  • Investigates instances of non-conformance and facilitates the determination of the root cause.
  • Provides input to management and assists in the evaluation and effectiveness of the quality assurance program.
  • Assist in developing performance objectives and standards.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
