About The Position
As a quality assurance nurse, you’ll be responsible for directing the regulatory needs to promote and maintain clinical integrity and regulatory compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements. The quality assurance nurse is also responsible for developing and managing the organization's quality initiatives and improvement. Our quality assurance RNs have access to our supportive leadership team and professional development opportunities with plenty of room for advancement.
Requirements
- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate or baccalaureate school of nursing, BSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of health care management
- 1-2 years experience in hospice
- Reliable transportation
- Meets all applicable agency policies and procedures related to health screening and required testing
Nice To Haves
- Quality assurance experience preferred
