About The Position

The Automotive Quality Assurance Auditor performs audits for an automotive inspection program to ensure compliance with State and Federal procedures and guidelines. This is a field-based position that offers training and state certification and operates similar to that of a 'Secret Shopper'.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive safely within state of Pennsylvania
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Professional Demeanor with ability to make on-site decisions independently
• Basic Computer Skills
• Willingness to submit to full background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report, as well as ongoing random drug screens

• Reliable with solid communication and business skills
• A licensed driver in the state of Pennsylvania, and willing to undergo background checks & screening process

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance by conducting undercover automotive service center site visits, observing and reporting inspection procedures, and documenting the audit
• Daily reconciliation of funds
• Occasional attendance at hearings when needed
