We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance outcomes for people with disabilities. In this key leadership role, you will work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure services meet regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and best-practice frameworks while supporting a culture of person-centered care. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for our Unit Based Services programs that support people to live purpose driven lives in their own homes or within communities of their choosing (non-licensed facilities). You’ll collaborate with managers, coordinators, directors, and stakeholders to ensure that each person we support has the best possible care, while also providing leadership and mentorship to your team. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, promoting continuous quality improvement, and helping our teams deliver person-centered services that achieve meaningful outcomes.
