Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 years equivalent experience) and at least 5 years of quality management experience.
• High proficiency in FDA regulations, cGMP, and safety standards.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (including formulas), Word, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• ASQ or other professional Quality certifications.
• A passion for developing others, a knack for creative problem-solving, and the ability to build trusting alliances across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of handling, packaging, and shipping to ensure every product meets cGMP requirements.
• Manage the site’s quality personnel, establishing goals, priorities, and training schedules.
• Lead audits, investigations, CAPAs, and change control programs with an innovative, best-practice approach.
• Act as a key partner to Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics to support seamless operations.
• Hold final authority over the disposition of in-process materials and the release of finished goods.
