About The Position

Quality Assurance Manager will lead a team of 3 (Quality Assurance Specialist, Quality Analyst, and Quality Assurance Tech) and will be hands-on with a variety of quality duties such as: Root-Cause Analysis, Supplier Quality, Leading/Hosting Audits, Corrective Actions, Continuous Improvement, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, collecting/analyzing quality data, customer complaint investigations, and conducting process capability studies.
