About The Position

The Quality Assurance Manager - Data Systems is responsible for the overall support of programs as defined by the Volunteers of America program model and funding source standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Two years of experience in data quality and data systems
  • Demonstrated ability in the areas of written and verbal communication.
  • Other necessary skills include training, audit and evaluation data collection and incident management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, update and distribute agency dashboards
  • Monitor and manage the quality assurance help desk.
  • Manage, monitor and analyze agency outcomes.
  • Review and respond to agency-wide incident reports.
  • Training necessary agency workforce on incident identification, writing and reporting.
  • Participate and assist in the development of ongoing staff training for the electronic health record.
  • Support the AVP of Research & Evaluation and the Senior Director of Research & Evaluation/Corporate Privacy Officer in daily operations.
  • Perform other related duties as requested.
