As a Quality Assurance Lead (Python/JAVA) within PNC's C/IB MIS Accelerator organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA, Strongsville OH, Birmingham AL or Dallas TX. We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead (Python/JAVA) to design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing solutions that ensure high-quality software delivery. The lead will work closely with developers, product owners, and QA analysts to embed quality throughout the SDLC, focusing on test automation, CI/CD integration, and scalable test frameworks. Requirements

Quality Assurance Lead (Python/JAVA) with strong expertise in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-quality testing solutions.
Proven ability to lead engineering teams, provide technical direction, and drive best practices across the testing lifecycle.
Skilled in making architectural decisions and implementing modern technologies and automation frameworks.
Experienced in managing end-to-end project delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning technical solutions with business goals.
Committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and building high-performing quality engineering teams.
Provide strategic direction for testing and serve as a subject matter expert for both the quality discipline and supported line of business domain(s).
Bachelors degree
3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.

Responsibilities

Operating in a global delivery model, brings strategic direction to testing and acts as the subject matter expert for both the quality discipline and a line of business domain(s).
Leads the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle to ensure appropriate sign off and prioritization of testing work.
Coordinating test strategy, scripting and defect resolution.
Ensuring early engagement with internal partners and proactive planning to ensure quality is a core area of focus early in the product lifecycle.
Take accountability for quality standards in the development, implementation and upkeep test scripts and opportunities for automation of testing products.
Developing meaningful management metrics that help to gauge project health.
Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in product release.
