About The Position

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking a senior, hands-on QA Lead Consultant to oversee the end-to-end quality strategy for a large, multi-stream Salesforce and AWS Connect program. This role involves acting as the quality gatekeeper for various testing phases, including functional, SIT, E2E, UAT, regression, performance, load, and go-live activities. The consultant will also be expected to contribute directly to testing efforts, leading by example. The position requires leading quality across multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Revenue, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Digital Experience, Service Cloud Voice, etc.) and AWS Connect contact center implementations, which include IVR telephony, enterprise integrations, and GenAI/Agentic AI features.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in QA engineering with at least 4 years of hands-on experience on Salesforce and/or AWS Connect implementations.
  • Experience leading QA on at least two enterprise Salesforce multi-cloud programs managing 5+ direct QA team members.
  • Hands-on lead experience delivering at least one contact center and IVR telephony project using Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, or comparable platforms (Twilio, Avaya, Cisco, Genesys).
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a solo QA owner in early project phases, building the program independently before scaling the team.
  • Proficient with enterprise test management tools including Jira/Xray, Azure DevOps, Zephyr Scale, TestRail, or qTest.
  • Strong command of Jira for end-to-end defect lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps for pipeline configuration and automated test triggers.
  • Proficient with Git-based version control (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
  • Experience with UI automation tools for functional and regression test coverage.
  • Proficient in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
  • Hands-on experience with performance and load testing tools.
  • Actively leverages GenAI productivity tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) for test case generation, test data creation, and QA documentation acceleration.
  • Proficient with Confluence for QA documentation.
  • Experience with collaboration tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Independently define and establish the QA program, including QA charter, tool setup, test strategy, quality gates, and release readiness criteria.
  • Serve as the primary QA point of contact for clients, program managers, and technical leads, acting as a trusted quality advisor.
  • Lead and mentor QA teams of 5+ members, while also functioning as a hands-on contributor when needed.
  • Manage the QA program end-to-end, including resource planning, risk management, defect governance, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Proactively maintain live QA dashboards and prepare QA status reports for program reviews, steering committees, and go/no-go decisions.
  • Define and track quality KPIs such as defect escape rate, test coverage, automation ROI, and cycle time, identifying and escalating risks and blockers.
  • Coordinate environment and release strategy, managing sandbox and staging environments, and collaborating with DevOps/release teams on deployment schedules and testing windows.
  • Lead go-live readiness assessments, compiling test completion metrics, open defect risk summaries, and formal sign-off documentation.
  • Oversee hypercare QA support post-launch, including triaging production issues, coordinating hotfix validation, and maintaining a known issues log.
  • Apply sampling strategies, accuracy benchmarking, and prompt regression testing for LLM-powered and Agentic AI features, utilizing GenAI tools to enhance QA productivity.
  • Independently author detailed, scenario-based test cases and traceability matrices mapped to SOW scope, covering functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT cycles.
  • Write negative, boundary, and edge case scenarios for complex multi-cloud and contact center workflows.
  • Lead exploratory testing for complex and ambiguous workflows, prioritizing coverage based on business impact.
  • Validate platform configurations, business rules, routing logic, automation workflows, integration touchpoints, and data flows.
  • Oversee end-to-end testing of integration layers, including API request/response validation and data synchronization.
  • Lead SIT, E2E, UAT, regression, performance, load, and go-live testing activities.
  • Facilitate UAT readiness sessions with business stakeholders, guiding them through test scenarios and sign-off processes.
  • Manage the full defect lifecycle, including creation, triage, prioritization, SLA tracking, and root cause analysis.
  • Produce defect health reports and quality metrics summaries for program leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
