Requirements
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in information technology, business or a related major and sophomore standing or above
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
- Ability to work in NFA's Chicago office full-time (beginning June 2027)
- Effective teamwork skills
- Alignment with NFA's values of approachability, trustworthiness, courtesy, and integrity
- Strong sense of accountability and strategic thinking skills
- Enthusiasm for learning
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Microsoft DevOps a plus
- Experience in finance a plus
Responsibilities
- Participating in Scrum meetings for development projects.
- Analyzing business requirements and design test plans.
- Executing test cases for new or existing systems.
- Identifying and logging defects.
