About The Position

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Intern at our Mon Valley Works facility. This role involves supporting the management and maintenance of quality systems critical to ISO/QS 9000 and API certifications. The intern will assist with the formulation and maintenance of quality control standards and objectives, and collaborate with research and process technology engineers to investigate and propose solutions to internal/external customer quality issues. Assisting with the development and delivery of quality-control training is also a key responsibility. Travel to operating facilities is expected, and all plant activities require a Safety-First work attitude. The incumbent is expected to attend conferences within the field of expertise.

Requirements

• Must be a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or related field
• Minimum GPA of 2.8
• Must be a current student and have completed their sophomore year by June 2027 and be in good academic standing
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• All plant activities require a Safety-First work attitude.
