About The Position

Nooter/Eriksen Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to join their Quality Assurance Team. This role supports customers with major retrofits for existing Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGS) and Industrial Power Boilers. The position is located in Fenton, MO, and is expected to be a hybrid role depending on business needs. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact the efficiency and reliability of modern power generation systems and ensure the optimal quality and safety of combined cycle plant performance. Requirements

• Attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience following complex instructions
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to read, write, problem solve, make quick decisions, interpret data and analyze results
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, Technical or Vocational education preferred; experience will be considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing engineering and fabrication documentation for compliance with defined standards
• Performing audits of internal business processes to defined standards
• Supporting the revision process of N/E controlled documents such as specifications, procedures, work instructions, and forms
• Assisting managers on special assignments as needed
