The Quality Assurance & Documentation Specialist supports cultivation quality, compliance, and operational consistency by maintaining accurate batch records, managing finished-flower quality evaluations, reviewing product labels, inspecting incoming materials, and supporting controlled documentation. This position works closely with Cultivation, Manufacturing, Compliance, and leadership to ensure products and processes meet internal quality standards and Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with regulated documentation, and able to identify and escalate quality concerns promptly.
