The Quality Assurance Corporate Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring company-wide compliance with food safety and regulatory standards while supporting the continuous improvement of Ole’s Quality and Food Safety Systems. This position is responsible for monitoring adherence to customer specifications and regulatory requirements, including FDA and labeling guidelines, USDA, PMO, GFSI-BRC, and local health authorities. In addition to maintaining compliance, the role focuses on strengthening and improving performance within the Quality Management System through ongoing process development and optimization. This role collaborates cross-functionally with plant employees, plant and regional leadership, and corporate management, while also serving as a point of contact for external partners including raw material suppliers, regulatory agencies, inspectors, and co-packers. The position provides direct supervision to supervisors, leads, and line technicians, and indirect oversight of technician support and sanitation personnel, helping drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
