Continuum of Colorado has an opening for a Quality Assurance Coordinator. This role is key in strengthening the integrity, accountability, and overall excellence of the organization. It involves supporting quality assurance initiatives, compliance monitoring, and investigative processes. The position assists with regulatory compliance activities, documentation review, data collection, and reporting. Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) is highly valued. Familiarity with IDD services, regulations, incident reporting, investigations, and quality assurance processes is beneficial. The role involves organizing information, tracking trends, and ensuring processes run smoothly and accurately. It also supports audits, investigations, and quality improvement initiatives, coordinating documentation and assisting with the Human Rights Committee (HRC) process. The position offers opportunities to work remotely, but requires presence in the office, at programmatic sites, and in the community as needed. The ideal applicant will live within the Denver/Aurora Metro area. The work schedule is full-time at 36 hours/week, with a 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday) and occasional Friday coverage.
