About The Position
Under direct supervision, provides quality assurance support according to group quality assurance guidelines and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Two years experience in quality assurance, regulatory or healthcare areas
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Exercises a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to ensure completion of long-term and short-term deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assists in audit related duties such as maintenance of spreadsheets, audit documents, tracking metrics, training records, and the creation of quality assurance division reports.
- Assists with data entry to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Quality Assurance database.
- Responsible for coordinating the scheduling of meetings, coordinating assignments, compiling and creating meeting minutes, sending out correspondence and follow up requests, and reconciling information.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
