About The Position

We’re thrilled that you are interested in joining us here at the Amynta Group! This role involves collaborating with the development team to understand requirements and design comprehensive test plans and test cases. You will conduct thorough manual testing of software applications (UI/UX) to identify defects and ensure compliance with requirements, as well as perform basic API validation using tools such as Postman. Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using bug tracking tools, and communicating findings to the development team for resolution is key. You will also perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality, and ensure that software products comply with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and expectations is essential. Finally, you will identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the evolution of the QA process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QA Analyst role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in testing methodologies, automated testing tools (e.g. Playwright. NBomber), and bug tracking systems (e.g. TestRail, Zephyr, Azure, YouTrack).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and identify root causes of issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French is a bonus), with the ability to clearly articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C) for automated testing.
