About The Position

The Quality Assurance Associate processes, details, and inspects garments within the Embroidery Department. The role requires teamwork, clear communication, initiative, sound judgment, production efficiency, and a strong dedication to product quality. This is a full-time, first-shift position scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Review order forms to verify garment accuracy and completion of all required steps.
• Clean garments by trimming threads, removing paper, and eliminating hoop marks or stains.
• Add barcodes and ensure proper licensing when required.
• Follow special instructions, including individual folding, poly-bagging, placing garments on hangers, or removing existing hang tags.
• Verify final counts on all order paperwork.
• Maintain positive and effective working relationships that support the company’s Core Values and profitability goals.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Serve as a company ambassador internally and externally to build confidence, pride, and value in the brand.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
