Quality Assurance Associate

We are seeking Quality Assurance Associates to join our Fulfillment Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring that all ingredients and items meet our required quality standards. You will also assist with table set up, audit tables and bins regularly, and document all audits. • Inspect and ensure that all ingredients and items in boxes meet required quality standards
• Assist with Gold Standard and table set up
• Audit tables and bins on a continuous basis
• Document all audits in Quality Tool Suite
• Notify the team of any issues
• Attend monthly refresher training with the team
• Speak with Quality during start-up communications
• Provide quality customer service

• Be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required

• Understand and adhere to all safety standards and requirements

• 1-2 years experience in a food production or warehouse environment
• Clear and concise communicator, verbal and written
