Role also includes frequent communication, both written and verbal, with various levels including supervisors, plant leadership team, customer service, sales and our vendors. SCHEDULE 2-2-3 Night Shift (7p-7a) COMPENSATION $23.48+/hour (flexible based on experience) WHAT YOU GET TO DO Act as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities Ensures compliance for customer, supplier and internal notification systems to maintain the orderly and efficient processing of supplier notifications for the facility Initial investigation customer, supplier and internal notifications, including data collection, sample review, defect bounding and other assistance to claim investigator All tasking related to root cause and corrective actions, dispositions & returned material inventory management and credit Clear and consistent communication with supervisors, leadership team, and vendors Data review and reporting related to customer, supplier and internal notifications for tracking and trending purposes and looking for continuous improvement opportunities Taking the lead on supplier quality issues to prevent machine shutdowns Other duties as assigned WHAT WE VALUE Operational experience with a thorough knowledge of AFNA’s organizational structure and production processes or comparable industry. Ability to work cross-functionally with corporate supplier quality, vendors, process engineering, operations and product development. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to accomplish work through others without direct supervisory – leading and motivating teams. Must be results oriented, multi-tasking and be able to respond to urgent needs and meeting deadlines. Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team Proficient in Excel. Knowledge of SAP, AIMS and eSOC. Requirements
