About The Position

The Assistant, Quality Assurance and Product Integrity supports the QA/PI Lead to ensure our product meets or exceeds the brand quality standards. Responsible for monitoring product performance including testing and final inspections. Informs QA/PI management and Cross Functional Teams of critical issues that have potential legal or customer’s perception of brand quality. Supports the QA/PI department for other essential functions.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• 0-1+ years related experience interpreting test reports and establishing testing protocols
• Demonstrated ability to accurately and objectively apply company and regulatory requirements
• Ability to act immediately in all matter of protecting Brand integrity
• Technical knowledge of apparel construction and/or garment production, a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and analytical skills
• Strong partnership skills with ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
• Demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize work with minimal direction
• Ability to manage time to meet/exceed deadlines while producing quality results
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; basic Excel skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Technical knowledge of apparel construction and/or garment production

Responsibilities

• Review internal store portal (Retail Zipline) and brand website for any customer feedback identifying potential quality issue
• Manage Quality Alert log, tracking quality investigations from alert to resolution
• Communicate with vendors as needed on noncompliant findings in testing. Vendors are empowered to work through testing and will raise up any issues to the QA/PI Team.
• Support return to vendor (RTV) process.
• Request samples and assist with research/root cause analysis for quality alert investigations.
• Measure store-stock samples as needed to support Quality investigation process
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, audits, and test results.
