About The Position

AllWork is hiring a QA Product Manager to drive the quality assurance strategy, planning, and execution across the product development lifecycle. This role is responsible for release quality acceptance testing prior to feature deployment —ensuring usability, reliability, performance, and a flawless end-user experience before anything reaches customers. You’ll translate product requirements into clear QA requirements and test strategies, validate readiness for launches, and bring a product-minded lens to QA by testing real user flows and ensuring changes don’t break existing functionality. You’ll serve as a bridge between Product Management, Engineering, and QA teams, acting as the voice of quality in planning, design discussions, and release decisions. This is a hands-on role partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to accelerate QA velocity and raise the quality bar for releases. Success looks like improving release readiness, strengthening test coverage, and enabling defect- and regression-free delivery as the platform evolves. You’ll work day-to-day in the AllWork product alongside tools like Jira, TestLink, and Figma to keep quality work tightly connected to how customers actually experience the platform.
