Sertoma is currently seeking a Full-Time Quality Assurance Assistance for our Quality Assurance Department. This position will be Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Pay: $15.37 per hour. Quality Assurance Assistant Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Assistant will report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager in an agency that serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Candidates with experience in either quality assurance, medical records, Department of Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (DIDD) and/or Employment and Community First (ECF) services, or similar background will be given priority consideration. This position will be tasked with keeping records organized and up to date, performing self-assessment activities, aiding in external review processes, conducting and participating in quality assurance trainings, generating monthly reports, and completing all work in a timely manner. This position will work with the Quality Assurance team, as well as all other departments at the Center and will cross train to know and understand a variety of peripheral roles as well.
